Sinai Company for Hotels and Diving Clubs was previously established in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 43 of 1974 for the purpose of employing funds in all fields of tourism and hotel, within the framework of the provisions of Article No. (3) of 1974 and the publication of its contract in the Egyptian Gazette (Official Gazette) Issue No. 44 of 1983 dated 20-2-1983 On 2-11-1986 it was decided to exit the company from Law No. 43 of 1974 and subject to the provisions of Law No. (159) of 1981 where the Committee approved the examination of applications for the establishment of companies on this in its session No. (101) on 4-5-1987 and the transfer was noted in the Commercial Register No. (8282) South Cairo on 7-6-1987
